Pork Rib Roast

Pork Rib Roast

3 lbs Pork rib roast
fresh herbs, rosemary, sage and thyme, chopped
olive oil (or garlic olive oil)
salt and pepper

Have rib roast at room temperature.
Mix chopped herbs and olive oil to make a paste
Salt and pepper the roast
Rub the herb olive oil paste all over the roast.

325 degree baked uncovered until internal temperature is 150 degrees. 

Take out of oven, tent with aluminum foil and let rest and internal temperature raises to 160 degrees. 

cut and serve, enjoy. 


cook time was in my wolfgang puck pressure oven for approx 50-60 minutes.
