Chicken Ranch Pinwheel
2 cups ground chicken
Buttermilk Ranch dressing homemade buttermilk ranch dressing recipe
2 tbls diced dill pickles, juice drained with a paper towel.

I used my homemade ranch dressing but put less buttermilk in it so it wasn't too runny, I used 1/4 of a cup. ONLY USE ENOUGH RANCH DRESSING IN TEH CHICKEN TO MOISTEN IT. DO NOT USE THE ENTIRE RECIPE OF BUTTERMILK RANCH DRESSING. I DON'T KNOW HOW MUCH I USED, JUST PUT IN A LITTLE, STIR AND STOP WHEN IT HOLDS THE CHICKEN TOGETHER.

Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, spread on a large burrito soft shell, roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Then slice before serving.

1/4 cup Franks hot sauce
4 oz soft cream cheese
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl, spread on a large burrito soft shell, roll up and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate, Then slice before serving.
